Which Optifast flavor tastes best?...

 Chocolate? Vanilla? or Strawberry? Thanks :)

To me the chocolate tastes the best, but everyone has different taste so try rhem for yourself and decide what you like best.

I did optifast for 6 months and did really good on it. I lost 99 pounds while i was on it.

I see you have decided on Dr. Kim.  I bought all 3 flavors from his office.  The choc is very good.  The vanilla is pretty good.  I also bought a bunch of sugar free and calorie free Davinci's syrups on line.  I love amaretto in the choc or caramel in the vanilla, put in the blender with 1 cup water and some ice.  I took the unopened boxes of strawberry back and exchanged them for choc.  In general strawberry of any brand is not that good.  I bought extra to have some after the surgery which was a mistake.  Nothing really tasted that good after surg, so I decided that was the best time to start a lower sugar shake.  Optifast is very high in sugar - but it tastes good enough that I was able to stick with it before surg.  I like the Premier RTD shakes from Costco.  They are about the only ones I like anymore.

I was always partial to the strawberry or chocolate pre-made shakes.   In the powdered versions I liked chocolate.

Ahh memories, I drank that stuff for 12 weeks straight once.

My preference is chocolate. Strawyberry is a bit too sweet and vanilla tastes like balls - but that's just my opinion

I liked them all, the vanilla I added diet Ocean Spray pomgranet juice to and gave it a great flavor.  Also Crystal light works good to help jump up the flavor. Only use alittle.  Now I'm 3 weeks out I add carb master yogurt from Kroger to add more protein and jump up the flavor.  Hope this helps.  Terri

Good choice on surgeons!! I liked the choc & vanilla. I did drink the strawberry but wasnt crazy about it. I wasnt as creative as the others, I didnt add any flavors so that actually gives you more options than the plain jane shakes. After surgery I could not tolerate the optifast, I gagged even smelling them. I finally found a protein powder I liked about 6 mos after surgery. It's Dymatize ISO-100. It doesnt have the horrible smell to it. LOVE it with a little hersheys cocoa, instant coffee, and skim milk blended with ice. I personally think its better than a Starbucks light mocha frappe!! If you want, let me know when you get in town and maybe we can meet up before your surgery. I know you will be on the liquid diet so maybe we can have a bottled water somewhere!

I ordered my optifast shakes today . I need a total of 10 boxes for the 2 wk pre-op, so I ended up getting 5 choc, 4 vanilla, and 1 strawberry. I tried changing it later to 7 choc, 2 vanilla, & 1 strawberry..but it was too late! It had already been sent out to ship! Arghhh!! But I'll add the sugar free syrups/crystal light like you guys suggested to jazz up the vanilla flavor. I realized later that I'll be on the liquid diet during THANKSGIVING...ouch!!!!!!!

I liked them all! I actually have extras so dont buy too many, they are too high carb for after surgery! I mixed the vanilla with my coffee. the strawberry to me tasted like strawberry qwick! YUM
