Frisco-Many Thanks

Hey Frisco,

As good as your "after" pics look, you could probably make some money doing "after" pics for the rest of us Bay Area people.   A couple weeks ago I went to New Orleans to celebrate my 60th with my son who's in film school at NYU.  When he pulled out a camera and took a shot of me, it's unrecognizable compared to my iPhone pics.  Now I just need to get him to send me a couple of them. 

Keep inspiring the rest of us please.

i understand exactly what you mean with the last card, but you know what i dont see us re gaining if we follow the rules... sure we can have the rare treat....

my surgeon made it very clear lifestyle change is a must... and i know in my heart if i go back eating my old foods, just relying on just my sleeve then ill be back in someone elses que ... i did too much and paid out on too many new clothes to waste that card.LOL

but i think we also need the continued accountability of a support group or oh and of course exercise.

so as you step forward into mainentence embrace it and maybe keep us posted on where your new carb limits and calories end up.
 

I am SOO glad you posted pictures....before and after pics are so very inspirational for those just starting out considering the sleeve, to new post ops going through those rough first few weeks, to those of us like who are nearly 6 months out and just need to keep our heads in the game.
Your transformation is truly amazing!

Frisco, you have always been a very inspirational poster!  I am glad you shared your photos and always share your stories/experiences.  You do deserve the compliments for all the work you've put into making this your best life. The sleeve might have been your last option, but that's because you saved the best for last!

DUDE that is amazing!  I never saw your before pics.    Sorry I'm so late in replying, i was gone this weekend and have only been on OH 1 time this week!.  I did not even see your original post.  I went to your latest posts and found it.  You have done so well , keep making Dr. C and the rest of us Cirangle/lapsf peeps  proud!
