I know of people who have had healthy pregnancies (and babies!) after every surgery type. Just have labs run regularly to make sure you're good on all nutrient levels, and, as already mentioned, stay OUT of ketosis!
There is also a forum on OH for post-WLS pregnancy if you haven't yet stumbled across it.
I had my surgery at the end of March 2009 and plan to start "trying" at some point in 2011.
