thanksfor sharing this. always interesting to understand these issues. at 9 months out i do get occasional hunger but its not overpowering and usually appropriate as to when i last ate anyting. ONe thing my husband does  (he has not had wls but is losing weight on a low carb plan) is drinks a crystal light with psillium fiber mixed in it. sounds gross to me but he says this gives him a feeling of fullness that helps him not eat. might not be a good idea for most sleevers as we don't have much extra room and i find i need what space i have for protein. but a small amount might help anyone who is feeling hungry and is far enough along to do this. also helps with the "C" issue. At 6 months out, I still get hungry every 2-3 hours.  I eat a snack 3 x a day.  My snacks are either almonds, fruit, cheese or veggie.  It's really the only time I eat veggies because I eat pretty much all protein for my meals.

Interesting information.  I wonder if my stomach is still getting full before emptying.

Some people might not support my WLS decision.
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.
