I would be concerned about the carbonation this early out. When I was newly post op I would let my sf ice pops melt upside down in a cup and eat them like  slurpee. It was awesome. Sometimes I would put more than one in a cup and mix flavors.
Whatever you do is it truthful, necessary and kind?

THe sugar free slurpees are not low in carbs at all and have tons of calories...stay away...Cirangle will not approve....trust me...I have him too....sugar free popsicles .....good luck...SEAVIEW

Those Crystal Light Slurpee's have TONS of CARBS>>.>>>I was very shocked to find that out as I was using it as my 'treat"  but no more, I think a small one has like 25 g carbs!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THE SLURPEE>  You need to find no calorie, sugar free drinks.  G2, vitamin water, powder packets you put in bottled water (crystal light or sugar free snapple - they taste good)  And protein drinks = Isopure (from GNC - like koolaide and has 40grams of protein per 20ounce bottle)

I love FUZE and or Crystal light, I'm actually thinking of putting it in the freezzer until it almost freezes or maybe, until it freezes (in a different container) then make a shaved ice type thing out of it......

Hey Barbie,

Congrats on your Cirangle Sleeve.

Suggestion #1) you can make your own slushes in a blender with sugar free Popsicles, other sugar free drinks.

Suggestion #2) Learn to make protein shakes of your taste choice. Protein powder, ice, fruit, milk, splenda to taste.

Suggestion #3) When you have food/nutritional questions you can call Amy at Dr. C's office.

Hope this helps.
