Wow do you look wonderful!  I'm 17 months post-op myself and I know what you mean about letting the crap back in to your eating.  It's not always easy, but it's definitely worth the effort to stay in control.  Jut remember, you can't out train a bad diet...I've tried!

Brooke is doing well.  She has settled in at a weight just about 20-30lbs where her dream goal was.  She was exercising everyday for a while and felt like she was pretty normal with or without it, so she doesn't stress about it.  She is just living at a pretty normal pace.  She eats a little more relaxed than I do, because she can without "falling off the wagon".  Overall, her weight doesn't fluctuate quite like mine does.

I can't thank you enough for your post. I have been beating up on myself a lot lately for letting the crap in. I am back on the bandwagon now. Thank you, you are an imspiration!

Hi Andy,
I found your videos on You Tube months ago and ended up here on OH because of those.  Thank you! I am glad to see you and your wife are still doing well.  I check out Thinjourney every now and again to see how it is going.
Very encouraging!
