Thanks, Ms Shell, for the encouragement. I was so inspired that I danced for 30 minutes to 80's videos tonight with my 3 year old. It didn't look great, but at least I was moving without stopping!

B: scrambled egg beaters with ham and cheese
L: 2 boneless buffalo wings (which gave me the foamies....yuck...never again!)
D: ziti with sausage (1/4 cup)

Water: 16 ounces so far
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: 20 minutes elliptical

B: 1 egg & 1/2 piece of thick cut bacon and a coffee
L: Syntrax Protein Fuzzy Navel
D: baked Chicken and maybe a brussel sprout or 2 (I'm one of those odd people who love brussel sprouts- lol)

S: Handful of almonds and 1 oz hard fancy cheese

Water: on track
Vitamins: done
Exercise: 10 min on the eliptical and the rest of the afternoon chasing my twins around. Also volunteering at the animal shelter tonight, that's always a workout.

Hey Shell...today is my actual anniversary...my hubby surprised me with flowers on my nightstand, and then when I went downstairs he was NOT at work but cooking me my fave breakfast food!  He took a vacation day and we went to the movies!

B: potato pancakes
S: movie popcorn (kid sized)
L: protein soup
S: thick slice of ham
S: handful of banana granola
D: veal piccata, garlic knot, bite of chicken scampi
S: cappucino

approx cals: 1100, protein: 86

Water and Vits: sp far so good!

Multi-vitamin to start the day

B: 3oz of ground chicken/fat-free refried beans

L: Egg scrambled with no sugar added soymilk, goats cheese and sauteed mushrooms

Snack: ? probably some pistachios a little later

Dinner: ? probably some asparagus and a little chicken
