D: baked Chicken and maybe a brussel sprout or 2 (I'm one of those odd people who love brussel sprouts- lol)
S: Handful of almonds and 1 oz hard fancy cheese

Vitamins: done
Exercise: 10 min on the eliptical and the rest of the afternoon chasing my twins around. Also volunteering at the animal shelter tonight, that's always a workout.

Hey Shell...today is my actual anniversary...my hubby surprised me with flowers on my nightstand, and then when I went downstairs he was NOT at work but cooking me my fave breakfast food! He took a vacation day and we went to the movies!
