Boy oh boy it's Monday and after my run/walk on Saturday I'm thinking I'm ready to give it another go today.  So literally after I post this I'm off to do my Couch to 5K Week 3!!  Damn I wish I had more to type, lol.  Today is rolling with NO clue menu! 

LND:  4oz turkey patty w/mustard

B:  String Cheese & Apple
S:  Coffee with creamer, splenda & benefiber
L:  1 egg; 1 slice toast; 3oz turkey patty
S:  ??
D:  ??

Water:  4 cups
Vitamins:  2 multis; 1500mg Cal Cit;
Exercise:  Couch to 5K Week 3 Day 2

B: 1 Myoplex ready to drink protein shake
L: Tomato Basil soup with garbanzos (chickpeas) yummm
D: Albondigas (mexican meatballs)

Water: none yet (I usually start after lunch)
Vits: half, other half with water after lunch
Exercise: (forgot my gym bag ) so I'll have to do it after work

Happ Monday, all!  It's my six week anniversary, and I'm down 24 pounds since surgery day and 40 since preop started.  I'll take it.

B:  Pure Protein Bar

S:  Greek Yogurt

L:  1/3 chicken breast

D:  3 ounces roasted chicken breast 1/2 corn tortilla

Water:  16 ounces down, but lots more to go!
Vitamins:  yep
Exercise:  planning 2.5 mile walk and 15 minute elliptical

Grazed all weekend so getting back on the right track today.

B: 11oz EAS AdvantEdge Carb Control Protein Shake (17g)  (I had to switch it up even though this is lacking a few grams of protein compared to my other shake)
L:  Some leftover ricotta bake.  I got in about 3 spoonfuls...maybe
S: EAS Chocolate Protein Shake (RTD)
D: Leftover ricotta bake or pea soup

Water: 52oz so far (WOW!)
Vitamins:  Multi, B12 and I started probiotics today

Coaching tonight for my exercise....if the rain holds off, maybe a walk with the hubs.

I am 12 days out.

LND is Last Night's Dinner -- most post what they plan to eat for dinner and this allows you to add what you really ate after you posted the day before!

I got the recipe from theworldaccordingtoeggface.com  I would suggest not putting all of the cheese in while we're this early out...it made it difficult to chew down.
