10 months ago, I was at the hospital, getting ready for my sleeve surgery, I had high blood pressure, sleep apnea, pain in my knees to where I had to crawl up steps and still in pain. I was 234.8 the day of my surgery, my all time high weight was 240. Now 10 months later I am 135.8, I can run up steps! I no longer have high blood pressure or sleep apnea, I can do things I would never have dreamed off 10 months ago, like run! LOL I can play run around the car with my dog, she loves that, I can stoop really low behind it and she loves to "find" me! LOL I can fit in my computer chair, I can fit into movie seats, and small seats in cafes, I love getting compliments about being too skinny now! I love looking at how small my clothes look and knowing, wonder of wonders that they fit me!! So 10 months later I have lost over 104 pounds and am thrilled with my sleeve! so anyway, that's my saga for this cold friday!

Edited to add: I am 54 years old, will be 55 in July, and have had 5 children! LOL

When you're slimming, your doctor decrees,
There are too many lipids in cheese,
If you're bored eating peas,
Here's a hint that will please:
Try the food at Lo Fat Cantonese!

If it feels good, do it!  And if it smells good, eat it!
