Don't be too hard on yourself.  Just examine the reasons why you went for this food choice and take away the educational value of it all and move on.  It's just one day in a very long journey to health.

Oh darlin your  about 6 months out or so, please dont beat yourself up over this!!! A change in caloric intake will throw your body off, so its good from time to TIME. =] Smile, at least now you now, and you are entitled to indulge from time to time, just dont make it habit is all!  if you still feel guilty, work it off babe!

I'm going to be looking for those Tyson wings!!  It's ok missf, 500 calories is alot to spend on 5 wings, now you know.  Good for you for looking it up.  I confess, that I end all my days not knowing how many calories I have eaten.

Oh yes, Those Tyson Chicken Tequilla Lime wings are a staple on my "diet". They are fabulous!!! Hubby loves 'em dipped in ranch. You can buy them at Walmart or Sam's.

Just remember how much you would've ate preop?

The sodium in it will probably cause a mini stall.. I assume they have a lot... but flush that out with some water.. and you'll be fine :)

Every fast food chain has nutritional information available on all of their products.  Many post this, but if you ask, they all have it.

A LOT of fast food is incredibly high in calories, high in fats and high in carbs.

KFC grilled chicken is good, in small amounts.  It tastes good, and is comparably low in calories.  It is almost pure protein.

Any breaded product would be high in carbs, and any deep fried product will be higher in calories than we should be eating very much of.

BUT you still can enjoy them.  Just limit the amounts, and make it a very seldom treat.
