I ate 5 chicken wings from Wing Stop--I didnt know they were this unhealthy!!! Help
OMG>.I tried to go online to see just how bad it was gonna be but I cant seem to find any nutritional content at all...for the teriyaki wings that is...it says that 10 hot wings is over 1000 calories..OMG holy crap..what have i done..I ate 5----3 of them right away..then 20-30 min later i ate 2 more..Did I totally Mess up todays diet---I'm never eating those wings again..I feel terrible.
See, I dont think you should be on a diet (unless its pre-op). Best food choice? Nope. Eat veggies and lean proten the rest of the day and skip them in the future. Are you gonna gain 15 lbs and undo hard work. Nope. Its 500 calories...1/6 of a pound. Go for a walk. Do some yoga. Eat your lean proteins. You will more then make up for it.

LOL--I didnt mean diet..like Diet--I meant that type of fattening crap is not on my diet..meaning shouldnt have been in my vocab. cause I dont eat that way anymore. I absolutely love chicken and its a great source of protein. I eat chicken and fish the most...i just wanted to have something differnt--then I went to log it and I couldnt find any nutrition..then I read somewhere the cajun ones are loaded with Calories.. and FAt..I guess your right--Just chalk it up to a bad choice.
They're probably loaded with fat because of being fried....don't worry, put it behind you and move on. I can't wait to have some boneless buffalo wings but I know they're deep fried! WIth the amount you can eat....that's way less than a normal person or what you ate before so don't worry. Start fresh tomorrow!
Diet? That is what I love about my sleeve. I no longer "diet". I have, and will probably continue to do so at times, make poor food choices. But the sleeve is forgiving by not allowing me to do too much damage at one sitting and it allows me to make better choices.
I think that you started to graze and got caught up in it. There is no way you would have been hungry in just 20 minutes. Just put this one down as lesson learned along your journey.

oh MissF1976... i eat chicken wings ALL the time... i LOVE them, and ur right they are a great source of protein... i buy the Tyson Anytizers Tequila Lime flavored wings... they are fully cooked and frozen, then i just nuke 3 wings on a paper plate for 2 minutes, i can only eat 3 at a time... and when i eat them, it's only once a day... here is the nutritional breakdown for three wings...
Calories - 150
Protein - 15g
Carbs - 2
Sodium - 528
Sugar - 0
Fiber - 0
if u eat four wings, the cals goes up to 200, protein to 20, carbs stay the same because the serving size and nutritional info on the bag is actually for 4 wings
