Your surgery is going to happen before you know it, and then one day soon you'll be posting about all of YOUR success!

I'm always ridiculously excited for pre ops. Sometimes I wish I could do it over again.
Well, no, not really, but I *did* learn lots about myself. And that alone made it worth it.

Thank you!

Abby

You absolutely, positively, can do it! It's not easy, and it's not always fun, but it is hands down THE best thing that ever happened to me--and I consider myself someone very lucky who has nice things happen to them all the time. But this surgery was simply the best thing for me.

Don't forget to be your own friend in this. I read you lost 100lbs previous with your diet, and you are so my hero for that. You're going to be just fine.

Absolute best of everything to you!

Abby

Thanks for the update. It's normal to have a "bounce back" weight, so I don't really consider that gaining any. I think after the bounce, then it would be gaining. WTG on keeping your weight off and getting where you are! Wow!

Thanks again--I always love seeing your smiling face!
