Thank you so much for posting this.  I'm still preop and it's very comforting to hear from people that are further out with this surgery since it's still newer and not a lot of data long term.  And I must say Congratulations you have done an awesome job with your tool.

The lack of long term data is always a little scary. But hey--someone's got to be the guina pig, right? I was terrified when I woke up with something I'd never heard of, but can honestly say that I am so grateful for it. So 3 years out, still good. Is that a lifetime? Not yet--but atleast I know I'll be around long enough to find out.

Thanks!

Fawn,

I love the avatar, thats gorgeous! And thank you, it's really nice to actually get to life now as opposed to observing life. My hands get more dirty, but usually in good ways. :)

You've done awesome, congratulations!

And thanks!

Let me add my thanks and congratulations. I'm new to the board and find these testimonials so inspirational. Yours was especially uplifting, especially since I woke up this morning really down and in my sixth day of a stall.

Best wishes for continued happiness and good health.

Margo,

Thank you, and I promise, promise, promise that this stall will break. I bet this feels like the longest six days ever right now, but it'll end and you'll wake up one day soon, lighter. I fondly (kind of) remember how during one of my first stalls, I was so frustrated and crazy that I dropped down to my knees and sobbed because I couldn't find two matching socks. It's emotional.
Ah, the good ol' days.

But really, this gets easier.

Keep it up!
Abby
