Three years out.

Hi Abby,

As a newbie, I needed that. Sometimes I feel like im all alone in this. And then I get on the OH and messages like this remind me that im not and I can do this while being  proud of myself in the process. Thanks so much for the encouragement.

You are definitely not alone. I know how easy that is to forget, because in your own life this is YOUR battle. It's always an individual battle on the fields of our daily lives, but it's really amazing and wonderful to have a 'base' where you can check in with the other soldiers. That's really what OH is, and you use it for as long as you need it.

I really have the upmost respect for anyone undergoing any WLS surgery. It is so hard sometimes. I think it's so incredibly brave. So yes, you really should be proud of yourself every single day!
