Wow- Congrats on all your success!  I am almost to goal, and I think the idea of maintenance is scarier than the losing phase...I have lost before, but keeping it off is a whole new ballgame, lol!  Thanks for giving us all an inspiration!

Congratulations!! It is nice to hear such great things being 2 1/2 years.  Let me ask you about your monthly losses.... I have typically been a slow loser, but still losing. However, in the last 3 months, I have only lost 3 1/2 lbs.  I'm starting to get worried that I won't lose anymore.  I'm not really doing anything that different than when I was losing. Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks,
Lisa

Hi there Lisa!  When I hit my long-term "stalls" or episodes of little weight loss, I just hung in there and believed that this would work.  And, I exercised.  If you are not doing a regular exercise activity, it might be time to start or switch it up a bit.  Swim instead of walking, or add weight lifting to your cardio.  Have you tried that?

Best wishes
Ev

I will cheer in here with everyone else!  Congratulations!

I am so glad to hear long-term success journeys with VSG!!  I've lost it all before, but have never been able to keep it off long-term.  I need more tools in my goodie bag besides white knuckle-willpower, meditation and 12-step programs.  I am so praying that VSG will be the last tool I will ever need to tip those blasted scales in my favor!

I would love to know your story from the beginning until now.  Perhaps you have a blog??  I'll check!

Keep up the good work and keep right on inspiring us all!

Thanks!

Dr. Jossart is such a dear.  You are in great hands.  Just hang on, do what he says, and you will be posting about reaching goal before you know it!

Congratulations on your success. I have read your post 3 times today because it is giving me such encouragement!
I am getting the sleeve on April 15th. I can't believe  this is actually happening!!

Dr. Cirangle is doing the surgery! I live in Las Vegas, NV so I'm flying to San Francisco!

Wish me luck! I pray the surgery goes well, I don't get nauseus, my hair doesn't fall out, and I don't get food intolerances.
