So overwhelmed, hard to communicate
Thank you for responding. I read ur post this a.m. before leaving out the door, and i was crying. Thank u for ur understanding and kind words. Yes, actually i am into angels to some extent. I have a collection of The Willow Tree angels. Have u ever seen them?! I have angels in this and that that i own. I even have an angel tattoo!
Off topic for me too, I'm into angels, roses, tattoos, the Jesus fish (of course God), and i'm one heck of an LSU fanatic!
Thanks for ur support!

Keep in mind antipsychotic drug's very frequently cause weight gain. So if you stay on them you may have to work a little harder at losing/maintaining your weight. As for the rest of it. Many of us have the similar battle of not reaching for the carbs as first choice. I am battling it now.
Happy thoughts headed your way. Keep posting.

Candace: I can't give you any sleeve or food advice, as I'm pre-op, but I work in the DD field, operating an agency in Texas for a national not-for-profit. You mention that you're having difficulties finding a direct support provider for your son. My org doesn't provide services in LA, but are there agencies there who do? I know that we do that sort of thing & take care of all background checks, training & paperwork for parents. If that's not an option, have you considered checking with teachers or aides who work with your son at school? Sometimes they would like to earn extra money & are already familiar with needs, behaviors, etc., and since they're already familiar to him, the existing bond works in their favor! I don't mean to pry, but sometimes here, it's also possible to pay family members (not immediate, living in same home), so are there any natural supports available that may help out if there's money involved? I feel for you, girl, and you're in my prayers!
