I can eat about 2-3 before I would feel uncomfortably full.

Oh dear..... I'd say 2 ...maybe 2.5 MAX.... no more and just thinking of it makes me nauseated!

I ate a whole sleeve of oreos once when I was on the Carbohydrate Addicts Diet and they told me I could have as many carbs in one meal as long as the meal lasted no more than 60 minutes.  I ended up breaking out in hives! I have not really attempted any major cookie action since being sleeved. Honestly I have no desire.  I saw a tiny cookie in a Starbucks 2 weeks ago and decidef to try it. After 3 nibbles, and feelings the sugar just melting in my mouth, I realized I would swallow this high calorie cookie and not feel full, and maybe see my glucose spike, and it wasn't that good anyway. So, I ate half the cookie and threw the rest out. This surgery has changed my cravings, and changed how I think about food without any work on my part.  When I consider something carb laden, I imagine how it will feel in my stomach and whether it will help me get in my protein, fluids or fiber.   I took a tiny taste of dh's cheesecake last weekend.  The taste satisfied the mouth hunger, but I again thought about how cheesecake has got to be the worst thing in the world for a diabetic and it wasn't worth filling up on it when I could have real food!!  I never thought like that before.  I asked my doc if he removed part of my brain and he swears he didn't.  So, the long answer is, I don't plan on eating any oreos,  If I do, I would bet I would have one with some milk (because whats an oreo without milk) and then choose to stop.
