How Many Oreos Can You Eat???

So, I just finished eating like 15 Oreos. I ate too many, but kept eating. Blech. I know that a lot of VSGers say that the sleeve doesn't really limit the amount of the junk food you can eat... although sometimes your tastes do change. Could you eat a whole sleeve of Oreos if you wanted to?

Lap-Band removed after 7 years and converted to Sleeve Gastrectomy on July 7, 2008 by Dr. Roslin. I've had three happy healthy Lap-Band babies.... and one VSG baby. 5 years out from revision to VSG. Gained 55 pounds in past 5 months, now considering DS. :(

I'm guessing I could eat about 4 tops and then I'd feel ill for about an hour. So I limit it to 1-2 every so often 'cuz there's nothing like them!

Wow Leslie, it is nice to hear 1+ year out post-op that you'd only be able to eat 4 Oreo tops. When you say you would feel ill, what would you feel physically? Thanks, L

The sweetness and fattiness of them would have me belly-achin' if I overdid it. It's just a really blah, I-need-to-go-lay-down sort of feeling. I'm not a puker which is actually a good thing from the standpoint that I have to suffer it out. A good deterent for me, anyway.

Ohhh. The thought of that just makes my stomach hurt. I have had no desire for anything chocolate since I have been on chocolate shakes daily for 5 weeks. I do not think I could eat very many, even if I wanted to!!!
