Hi Everyone, I apologize...it's been a while since I checked in with my VBG buddies, but it really is true that weightloss changes your life. I am really getting out there and participating in life instead of sitting on the sidelines. I am so grateful for this surgery. I know it has made me a more active person and I truly am happier! I was always a content person, but now I am truly happy and I look forward to each new day Also my weightloss isn't over yet. I thin****ep expecting it to just stop, but it doesn't. I have lost another 7 pounds since I last weighed in for a total of -119. I still want to get to goal of 175 which means another 62 pounds to go. I must say I can't keep shopping like this though. All this weightloss is keeping me broke because I have to keep buying clothes. Thank goodness for friends who have clothes to give me. Just something to add to the very short list of the downsides of surgery LOL!!! So how is everyone doing? What's new? Big hugs, Sara 356/237/175

Sara, Glad to hear that everything is going well for you. I also lost weight... I am happy to report that I lost 6.5# last week. I am trying to lose 15# total. After that I will set another 15# goal to work towards. Setting small goals is helping me stay motivated. Congrats on only having 62# left to go. You are almost there girl!! Be proud. I agree that being successful at weight loss is life changing. I finally feel like I am "living" vs. "being". Woo Hoo VBG -- Best Regards, Sharon 340/202/150-170ish (was 190ish)
