Hi Robin!!! My weight is coming off real slow also. But I'm hanging in there. I'm 3 weeks out and have only lost 10 pounds. But hey that's 10 pounds I hope I never see again....

Hi Robin, Good for you for getting to the gym!!! I went yesterday and I swear I feel so much better about myself when I go. I just started working again and I haven't gone to the gym as much as I should be. I have recommited myself to make it at least 3 times a week or more. I still have another 99 pounds to lose to reach my ultimate goal and I know exercise is the key because when I don't work out I am losing about 1 pound a week. I know we will both reach our goals!!!!
