Hi Lakeea, I am so sorry you are feeling frustrated! It is really tough when the scale says something you don't want to see. here is my advice. Only weigh in once a month. I did that early on and it was very helpful. Also at this point just make sure you follow your doc's eating plan. Even if you can eat something it doesn't mean its a good choice. Don't push your limits this early. This is the time to make good food choices and get into the grooveof your new lifestyle Really it will get better and the weight will come off. I had a big loss really early and then it slowed down for a few weeks. Remember your body is still in shock from the surgery and it could take some time for your body to learn to burn its stored fat as fuel. Please don't dispair...you will be alright! Try to stay as positive as possible because stress can also hinder your weightloss. Big Hugs, Sara 356/276/175

Hello, I felt the same way. I can eat almost anything and the scale more than one time went the wrong way. At about 2 months out I started (or rather my stomach) started getting really picky. I can't eat as much and the things I can eat are getting healthier and healthier. My body won't do crap food now. Hang in there and remember to get your protien and h2o in. You made a good choice with VBG, I think. Try to pace yourself with food and your body will balance out. Heather 294/242/151
