ALLYSON, HELL-O!! I HOPE YOU FELL BETTER. I THINK EVERYONE OF US HAVE DID THIS. SOME TIME I WAIT TO LONG TO EAT. I REALLY THINK I AM SO HUNGRY I ORDER LIKE I CAN REALLY EAT A LOT OF FOOD. THEN YOU ARE SICK AND THE POUCH IS SICK FOR 24 TO 48 HOURS. THEN I CAN ONLY DRINK ALL DAY. I FELL GOOD THEN THE NEXT I START OVER EAT RIGHT FOR AT LEAST 2 WEEKS. IT WILL ALL GET BETTER. SOME DAYS EVERY THING IS GOOD. SOMEDAYS EVERY IS BAD!! FELL BETTER!!!!TAKE YOU TIME EAT RIGHT. CHEW, CHEW AND CHEW. DRINK WATER. FELL BETTER!!!!! GLORIA MOLAKE 319/-89/GOAL150

Hi Allyson, Eating certainly is a learning process. Add tired, hungry, going out to eat and there is bound to be some problems. Eating too much makes my pouch hurt too. I actually can not stand the pain and end up . I have not ever had a painful pouch the next day though. Are you still in pain today? Contact your surgeon's office if you are still in pain. Better safe than sorry. Learning the in's and out's of eating with a pouch is a lengthy process to be sure. Best Regards Sharon 340/221/190 or less (start/now/goal) -119#
