THURSDAYS DAILY COMMITTMENT!
OK, we didn't have one last week, so let's keep this going!
I have now been sugar free for over a week and doing GREAT! Haven't lost any weight yet, so now it's time for a new committment. A BIG thanks to Sharon for helping us stay on track!!
Today's committment:
Exercise for at least 30 minutes

My committment today is to:
Walk 30 min at lunch time
to eat 3 meals and one snack (stay to my plan)
and to be postive today and beleive I can to it!
and smile more!

Yesterday I walked for only 20 minutes during lunch. I was very disapointed in myself so after work I went to the gym and walked over 3 miles on the treadmill
I'm Still sugar free, but still eating too much fast food, maybe that will be a good new goal for me.
Allyson- How did you do with your goals? If you didn't make it, tomorrow just try one goal, one day at a time! Most importantly, keep being positive!

Hi Tammy -- How have you been? I have been on vacation (at home) but I came across something while surfing online that I thought might help you.
