Please share your secrets of your success. Most of the posts I see are RNY patients. It's nice to see a VBG that has been successful. I'm pre-op by about 10 days - what's your key to success with your weight loss? Please share!! Thanks! -Wendy

WOW SALLY THAT IS GREAT...I HAVEN'T SEEN MANY POST ON THIS BOARD WITH THAT GREAT SUCESS THAT QUICK PLEASE DO TELL US WHAT YOU DID TO GET THIS THIS POINT THIS FAST. I HAVE A DATE FOR APRIL 19 AND I CAN'T WAIT. WE HAVE FRIENDS COME IN EVERY YEAR AT CHRISTMAS THAT IS THE ONLY TIME WE SEE EACH OTHER AND I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THAT BIG OF A SUPRISE FOR THEM THIS YEAR.. AGAIN PLEASE TELL US YOUR SECRETS TRACY
