Off Topic -- How do you search forums?

I know its probably right in front of my face, but for the life of me I can't find search.  Would like to do some research on the doctor I am seeing on the 15th and really reallly realllllllly don't want to go forum to forum reading all the messages . . . 

The search feature is on the blue bar at the top of the page - on the right you'll see a magnifying glass next to My OH.  click on the magnifying glass and enter your search.  You can also enter the doctors name and see if he's registered here - if so, you'll see his history and reviews.  Look below the blue bar on the right hand side and you'll see "Find a ........... "
