Does any of the Medical Assistance Programs COVER the surgery?
My employer offers insurance but if I take it it will cost me 40% of my entire monthly income, and I can't aford it. So my plan B is to take MA in near future. But I would like to know please the following:
1. Does MA cover surgery?
2. If yes, what type of surgery (relating to obesity) covers, and what MA (there are different types of MA)?
3. If no, what other insurances cover these procedures?
4.My BMI is 36, do I qualify for the surgery?
5. What should I do in my case to find help?
6. How much does the surgery cost out of pocket?
