I am 8 days out from surgery. I'm trying as hard as I can to get my water in but I think I am only getting 16oz of water. Any suggestions? Anyone else having this problem?
popcicles...don't know why but my mouth was so dry and I couldn't get my water in but sugar free popsicles count toward your liquid and the cold really help me feel not so thirsty....hope this helps
