OT: what site to shrink pic for avatar

I have tried for hrs to get m pic the correct size...give up!  Is there a site u all use?

If you send it to me I can reduce it for the correct size using photoshop.

Of course, you will see that I don't have one of my own on line. I am the only one in the family who takes photos and it's hard to take one of yourself with a large camera.
