Goal of 180 (240 lost) reached at 18 months 10 days on 4/.20/13. 57% body weight lost@180. Now on maintenance. Low weight 169.

Hello everyone and Happy Holidays to you ALL! I haven't been here for a long while, with my busy schedule I have not had a lot of spare time. But did want to come here and welcome ALL the new comers as well as say hi to the oldies. Hope everyone has a safe and Happy Holiday Season. Also to say that the VA FFP's will be reconnecting again @ the first of the yr every 3rd Sat for lunch 12:00 noon or whatever activity we choose. I live Suffolk Va looking the best way I canget a breast reduction in men and ab skin removed after my weight loss. I want find the best way to go since I have medicare and GHi insurance. My understanding these insurances may not pay for the operations.

we had the same doctor! I had my surgery 13 April 2011, RNY. I am currently at my goal weight and still dropping. I retired from the Navy July 2010 and am a full time culinary student working in the Pastry/Baking shop at the Williamsburg Lodge. I live in Virgina beach and look forward to hearing from you and grabbing that cup of Joe!
