Wow, I slept in! I never do that lol. Yesterday was very busy and so today, not so much. I will have to stop by work tomorrow to pick up more files and work from home.

Hi all,
Yesterday I got a stack of work to do for today. I will have to get those inputted into OS then I can enjoy the weeekend. I hope you all have a great weekend. I seriously would like to meet with those who live near me. Would you want to meet somewhere? A park? coffee shop? We have a great one here in Culpeper, The Raven's Nest. Seriously, I'd like to meet some of you.
Anyway, have a great day.

Hi all,
Have you ever had a time when things seem to be going great and you just stand back in awe? That's how I feel right now. It is a good feeling. And I know that with every mountain top there is a valley. I will savor this time.
Today, well I have to drive all the way back to work and pick up what I left last night. So much for saving gas huh? Hubby is off the next three days so I have an opportunity to be with him. His schedule changes soon to an eight hour shift.
I enjoy these early mornings and wow, what a beautiful sunrise. Pinks and orange colors splash the sky. A cool breeze coming through the open door and window.
Take a minute or two today to enjoy it.

Hi all you wonderful peoplieeeeees.
I have been having so much fun at work! Wow, it is great to enjoy your job AND be able to get in shape at the same time!! I am going to be registered for Cleveland Clinic soon and can start training to be a certified coa*****urves Complete. I am s..... can't spell the word lol, ummm happy.
Today I have to get things done around here then work tonight. Hubby will be off this weekend so hopefully I can get some school work done if he keeps the dog entertained. It's amazing how her personality changes when he is home. She becomes a real pest.
Getting a couple responses from the support group message from the main forum. This is encouraging. I hope I get a good group going.

I met with the director at the Wellness Center. He is willing to work with me to provide a place for a meeting but I need to know who in this group and among your friends would come. He is going to want to see bodies.
I need a way to get the word out that this is a possibility. Any suggestions?
Today I work from 3-7. I have time to get some stuff done around the house today. I am so excited about being working again.

Hi all,
Today is my appointment, yea! I will be able to see if we can finally get a support group started. I have only had one person say they were interested and I KNOW there are more out there that would benefit from a group.
Another day at my new job and I am loving it. I am so excited about working at Curves again. It is such a fantastic program. We just got Curves Smart installed, we are getting ready for the new OS and hopefully, in time, get Curves Complete. Oh wowowow, so much for ladies everywhere.
Anyway, tomorrow's roll call, hopefully, will be good news from the Wellness Center.

First day at work and I am excited. I couldn't sleep last night. I will let you know how it goes.
Tomorrow afternoon is my meeting with the director of the Wellness center. Hopefully, soon, we will have a support group in Culpeper. I think I will go ahead and open up a virtual group. Although, from past experience, they don't do well. This afternoon, after I get home, I will start on that. So, look for an invite to a group called, Like Dust We Rise. This name, I think, is very empowering and that is the focus of this group to empower everyone to be successful in their journey.

Hi all,
Yesterday was an awesome day!!! I had a great time with my friend, the weather was great and the grilling was awesome. I love to grill! We made some awesome veggies in foil and burgers. Very healthy too.
Today I am pooped. Went to bed way too late last night. Once she leaves, I may try for a nap. Although, I am usually not too successful at it. lol
I hope you all have an awesome day!!
