Hi all,
Since I started my job,I come home really tired but it's a happy tired. I know I helped others and myself. Golly, working out is so rewarding! If you are in a slump, do something, walk even. You will feel better knowing you did something.

I was just wondering if there are Sleevers out there in the Richmond Virginia area that would like to start a Support Group Meeting some place local?? I know others do it and I attend one at the Hosp locally but it would be nice to meet others in the area that are going through the same thing!! You can message me or post something on here. Would love to start one soon!

I've been trying to find one around my area. I know in the Fairfax area, Blue Point has a support group 1x a month at Fair Oaks hospital. They have one next Monday. Not sure if I can make it, but I sure will try.

Hey all, I am a recent transplant from South Florida. I had RNY in April 2006 at Cleveland Clinic near Fort Lauderdale and have been a member of OH since right before my surgery. I am looking for a support group in the NOVA area. I live in Clifton, just west of Fairfax and work in Manassas, so anywhere in the Manassas/Arlington corridor would work for me. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, Just send me your email address and I will add you to my list. Our topic meeting is the 4th Monday of the month. We meet in the Bistro on the Hill at Fauquier Hospital at 6:30.
