Thanks for checking Courtney. I've just been lazy!! I've just not done my weekly weigh'in post because my weight is staying about the same and it's not too much more I can write about it. I've stayed within a couple of pounds for months now. I'm hoping when the weather gets nicer , I'll be out more and can see a better results.

Best wishes to everyone, Penny

Well I am at work for now but we are scheduled for early dismissal at 1.  My plans for the weekend include some closet cleaning, shoveling, relaxing, cross stitching, etc.  I hope to watch myself with the mindless eating, I know it will be a factor if I am stuck in the house.  Hope you all have a safe & wonderful weekend, don't take any risks out there.

a.m. cuppas & protein in

B - oatmeal & english muffin (really liking this change in my routine)

S - granola bar

L - not sure, hubby & I will probably go out

S - banana

D - enchiladas

Good morning, Courtney!

Sounds like you have a nice weekend planned!  The snow is so pretty, and the fact that it is on a weekend sure makes it easier to deal with, doesn't it?  The weather gurus don't seem to know what to expect as far as accumulations, just that it is going to be A LOT -- this will be interesting.

I just got back from working out -- going to try to get another one in tomorrow before the snow starts because I know that Saturday is a no-go.  My daughter joined the same place today, so we are going to be workout buddies -- that'll be fun!

Today:

Exercise:  Circuit training and cardio

Food:

B:  Muscle Milk Light
S:  Protein bar
L:  Soup and salad
S:  Protein shake
D:  Pasta Fagioli soup (homemade, lightened version -- found a recipe I am going to try)
S:  Protein pudding

Have a great day!  :)
