Total understand I did extended TT and I too am thinking of a breast reduction with a lift. I am top heavy right now. Working out in the water for now to see how much will tighten up.

For all my OH friends who have sent me a message asking me to post new pics - well l finally did it tonight. Hubby took 3 pics of me to put on here. I am now almost 14 months post op and have lost 210 lbs and feeling fabulous! Bought my first pair of size 4 jeans this week - can't hardly believe it!

I am so messed up. Since the fal/l facture of the shoulder I am way off eating correctly, Pain meds and not eating. You would think I was a few months from my original surgery. Lucky if I can get in 3 small bites.
Slowly getting back on track by getting higher protein in and eating a bit more of a balanced meals...
I went back and read my manual Fair Oak Hospital Nutrionist. It reminded me to get back on an orderly schedule. Did not realize how I was off schedule.
