good morning beth..and anyone else who stops by!

im off work today.  i dont have any real plans, just catching up on chores, a few phone calls to make and a few errands to run.  this evening is my walk night, so i will be doing that as well today.  i have even planned to get on the wii fit, i think i have enough energy for some hula hoopin'  woo hoo!  lol
tonight is the season finale of The Vampire Diaries ...yes, im a vamp girl!  LOVEEE vamps  hehe  i am soooo Team Edward as well! 
i, too, am PMS'ing, well actually, have "started" my period.  if you remember, i had an endometrial ablasion in Sept, so not sure if you can actually consider it my monthly, but i still have all the symptoms and cravings.  so i know how you feel beth! lol

so far today:  16.9oz water w/vitamins, 24oz Coffee (made as usual)

my plan:
B- 2 scrambled eggs w/ 1 slice melted American Cheese on toasted Sandwich Thins, 4 oz Yogurt
S- 8 oz Choc. Protein Shake made with Skim Milk and 1 tbs Peanut Butter
L- 2 Tbs Tuna made w/ Light Mayo, 2 cups 5 Leaf Lettuce w/ small amt Ranch Dressing
S- 8 oz Strawberry Protein Shake made w/Skim Milk and Small Banana
D- 3 oz Cheeseburger, 4 oz Applesauce, 1/2 cup Green Beans, 1/4 cup Steamed Rice

Beth, good job for increasing your water..every little bit will help!  keep up the good work and take care!

well good morning..   its early but Ive been up since 5 ish,,. I made breakfast for the kids and hubby and they are about to head out to school and work..  yay :))   i love thursdays because my shows are on tonight.. greys anatomy and private practice.. so ill be glued to the tv tonight... i grazed a tiny bit last night.. but were not perfect and its going to happen from time to time.. but its a new day and im going to do better today...  i  think my monthly is coming so i always crave salt .. and i had a few of the baby's cheese crackers..  well actually a 6 pack of those crackers.. they come in their own wrapper.. they are 190 calories.. so i went over my calories..  o well.. new day...   after i log off im going to down a big glass of water.. dawn is making me want to drink more water.. your doing awesome dawn...

b... a mini bagel with a tiny bit of  light cream cheese    70 calories 30 calories..
s     will be my protein drink  130 calories and 26g of protein
L      maybe my salad and some fruit
S   protein drink  
D    turkey breasts and mashed potatos and vegi

well thats the plan..      and of course im going to try to get down 75 oz of water or more..

 im also tricare prime beneficiary and i was wondering if you could tell me who your surgeon was if you already got the surgery. im stationed in alaska but wanting to get the surgery done in virginia. I dont know if you already got your surgery but im not requried to prove that i did a weight loss program, but then again a referral hasnt been put through for the surgery yet.

 I WAS WONDERING IF ANY OF YALL COULD HELP ME WITH A SURGEON. AS BEING MILITARY, I HAVE TRICARE AND THE ONLY SURGEONS I FOUND THAT TOOK MY INSURANCE WAS HALMI AND MOAZZEZ. IM NEEDING RATINGS ON THEM AND IF ANYONE HAS USED THEM AND HOW GOOD THEY ARE. ALSO IF ANY ONE IS MILITARY PLEASE HELP ME I DONT KNOW HOW THINGS ARE GOING TO WORK! THANKS!

hey beth!  was beginning to wonder where you were  ..im doing well, holding steady at 187-188-189#  ugh! lol  ..i dont mind right now because  1) im under 190# again, 2) ive lost a total of 6 inches (total body) and 3) i feel great!

still getting my water in ..love my water...have i mentioned..i LOVE water?!  hehe

ive increased my protein shakes to two-three per day, this has in turn increased my calorie intake.  i am still exercising..every other day now  :)   45 minute walk/runs and toning exercises.

im off work tomorrow so will check in then..have a great night and keep up the good work.

did they check your thyroid level with your labs?  just curious..those two symptoms could possibly indicate a low thyroid (hypothyroidism)

Yea I know...its been a while.  I just posted a small update to my profile but wanted to drop in and say hi to all here.  As of today I am 82 pounds down.  I seem to be eating ok but have had issues with a bit of memory loss.  My labs look good but I have upped my B12 to twice a day.  It seems to have helped.  Also noticed cold hands.  I moved recently so life has been hectic and shows no signs of slowing down anything soon.  I do have current pics posted to my profile as well.

Hi there,

I went to Dr. Mitchel Krieger @3700 Joseph Siewick Dr. Suite 301 Fairfax VA 22033 phone number 703-262-0904. He is NOT�to be mistaken with Dr. ANDREW�KRIEGEL�of Bluepoint. Quite a few of us who post on the VA�forum have gone with Dr. Krieger. He and his entire staff understand WLS patients and are wonderful to work with.

It was definitely worth the drive from Fredericksburg to Fairfax. I am absolutely THRILLED with the work Dr. Krieger did on me. I'm at my WLS goal and maybe I'll lose a few more pounds, but the biggest thing before you have your plastic surgery is that you have maintained your weight for at least 6 months. I plan to have my arms done next. I had an extended TT done in January where Dr. Krieger removed almost 11 pounds of excess skin. I only had 1 event with rashes ( I try like a banshee to not get them!) and was advised that my health insurance would not pay for it, so I paid out of pocket and used Care Credit.

hello everyone... I hope everyone is doing well and that we are doing well with being on track doing what were suppose too... ive slipped a tiny bit and nibbled on this or that.. but quickly stopped.. lol    i took your suggestion Dawn and began to eat more calories per meal.. i also think i was in starvation mode.. and i admit i havent been getting down 100 oz of water...  maybe half that actually.. but i need to start drinking more.  i skipped my morning protein.. so ill have to have one after dinner... im still going to the gym.. but not always twice a day.. some times if i dont get a good work out in the morning ill go back for more.. i stepped on the scale today and im down to 181. :))    i just want to get into the next 10 pounds and work out of the 170s... 

my food intake

B  a mini bagel with light cream cheese.. 70 calories and 30 calories..
S   skipped
L    salad from subway with chicken   140 calories
S   will be my protein drink  130 calories 26 g  of protein
D    think were having salmon and salad and vegi    21 g of protein
S  protein drink   130 calories 26g of protein
