Sorry for being away for so long, so many knew folks on here. I have gained about 10 lbs. in the last 2 years, but this my fault. I havent been exercising like I should and havent been feeling well. I was told 2 weeks ago that I had breast cancer and that I had to have surgery right away. Well I did on June 14th which was my hubbys and my 41st wedding anniversary. I am out of the hospital now with so much pain and drains that I hate. I will return to the drs. on Tuesday for the staples to be removed and hopefully these drains, and also they will have all the other results back which will determine if I need to go through radiation and chemo. So say a prayer for me if you would, that they got all the cancer and I wont need chemo or radiation. I love the folks on this board.Thank you

Very well put Jen, I did the weight loss for the healthy reasons. My granddaughter Becca who is 6 calls the loose skin under my arms bat wings. I would rather have that loose skin than the 130 lbs. of extra fat that I use to carry around. Hope to see you before you leave for that blue water beaches in Hawaii Love ya,

Howdy everyone! WOW! Life has gotten so interesting. I am sorry I have been MIA but am trying to focus on things and come back "home". Kara just finished her freshman year of high school and Claire is running and talking up a storm. I have never been happier in my life than I am now. I am dating a wonderful man that I went to high school with. He knew me when I was fat and loves me and my girls now. He has a son that calls me Mom and I adore him, too. I have been very busy cleaning, sorting, discarding...whole house/garage overhaul. After a 13 year marriage dissipated...I had tons to go thru and get out of my life to make it better for everyone involved. Still working on that a lil at a time but making great progress. I have been doing a lot of yardwork/landscaping and loving it. I keep thinking that 5 years ago I could not have done any of this. I have a contractor coming in sometime in July and we will be doing an addition on my house. I have lost 265 pounds from my highest weight and am maintaining well. I flucutate within 5 pounds now. I am on my journey to plastis and hope to have the first round before the end of this year. Life works out well...I am now officially a stay at home mommy and loving every minute of it. I wouldnt change a thing in my life, for the worse, for the better...it has made me who I am now...who I wanted to be! I am stronger than ever, I am happy and free. I pray for you all daily and think of you often...I am always here if you need me!

No need in feeling shame we all do it I have and I still do eat it and feel like **** sleep it off and beat myself up and down and swear it off and say never again. And before I know it Im doing something else Ilcome up w/ an excuse I was good for a few months oh that looks good I need a treat or damn Im depressed always an excuse. As far as the groc. stores I o my own check outs thrw the express so my hands are busy and I dont think about those tempting ass candy bars ****** me off they have them right there to tempt us, and you know me I have even gone to the managers of the stores and told them remove he damn **** put behind doors like hey do the tabacco products lol. Its illegal to us!!! And of corse you can see there still there. Something make me very ill some things dont. But you have to do whats best for YOU its like drinking for meI have to make the right choices for myself everyday eating and drinking are a strugle but I maintain and pat myself everyday. You did the right thing chalk it up as a bd choice for the day and let it go if it happens again move forward dont dwell. Its ok we ALL do just some are chicken to admit. I aplaud you for coming forth and being honest that is the big thing for us all to do thats how we help one another you go girl keep upth great work you look awesome. Hope all is well with everything else Havent talked w/ you in a whil been busy and havent been here in a while seen this and needed to chime in. Hugs..

What part of VA are you moving to? I am from Wellington, KS and currently in Fredericksburg. If you are moving to Northern VA, Bluepoint Surgical in Woodbridge and Fairfax is excellent! Good luck with your move.

Good Luck Dr Mo is great! Pam in his office is really great. Since they changed over to Blue point the rest of the staff is soso. Talk to Pam when you have any issues
