well finally got all my tests results back today... not so good..   i have bradycardia.. my heart rate is slow.. 40 to 50 beats per minute..  very low.   so i was referred to a cardiologist.   and my liver function test was elavated.. so i need to see a gastro doctor.. and im anemic and my D vitamin in very low....  so i made my appts with the two specialists i need to see for next week, and i called dr halmis office and they said send me the results for the nut. to go over them then show the doctor when he comes in next week.  he may want to see me...

but i think honestly... this is all my doing... becuz like some of you know i was a bad patient and felt fine so i didnt take my vitamins until this year... i mean every few months since my surgery 4 yrs ago i may have got to where i want to take them then i would take them for a few days and stop again for months and so on...    but until recently i havent been good with my vitamins and i did some research and bradycardia can happen for lack of mineral substance.. so im hoping thats all it is... an my elevated liver function test.... no clue...   so i will let you know next week when i see the doctors... but my mom says not to work out... ive been working out hard with cardio at the gym 5 to 6 days a week... doing hour long spin classes 3 days a week.. she says to cool it until the cardio doctor says i can or cant work out....  

anyways thought id let you know the results...   im sure all will be fine... normally id be panicking  but this time for some reason im not....
