I am a RNYer but in Richmond with Dr. Hutcher of Commonwealth Surgeons at Bon Secours St. Mary's. My advice is just follow doctors instructions and keep looking at the before and after pics here at OH.com for motivation,... that it will soon be you too. Reading folk's OH.com blog for their stories and history can also be useful; was for me pre-op and those first 6 months or so post-op,...but some posts have more info than others. Congrats on making the decision. My only regret is I didn't do it 10 years earlier when it was first recommended to me.

hey there and welcome to the va board! 
yes, it has been quiet as of late, but i believe its due to summer and vacations and everyone being so busy.
i try to get online a couple times a week, but with my work schedule, i dont always get to.
anyway, there are some great people around here and hopefully everyone will start showing up more often.

I am looking for anyone who has dealt with Dr Moore and his practice. I am shcedualed for an RNY and looking for others that have had an RNY and if there were any complaints/Kudos for any part of their experience.

I just had my consult with Dr. Adams and saw her to look at what I needed, so I am in the very beginning.

Yes they have plastic surgery.. I had my consult July 26th and was given the total amount of $5500.00 for TT and BL. which I paid and now I am on the waiting list. They didn't tell me how long the list was until I called the other day; it is a12 to 24 month wait.
I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Krieger in Fairfax Va. to see what the cost and wait time would be with him. I know it will be alot more expensive but I heard he is the best plastic surgeon for weight loss patients.
