Weekly Post/Stubborn Lb.
Good pm all (am for those reading this Monday am)! I hope everyone had a great week/weekend. Ours was packed in the scheduling department and exciting as well. The highlight for sure has been our youngest bugga Nora walking! It doesn't hurt I lost 2 lb as well and hopefully will continue heading in that losing direction. This week is also full with activity and we're excited!
So...
How did you move your body last week?
I walked 3 days at 2 miles per day, did several reps of leg lifts, some crunches and lifted some free weights. I've also started doing Yoga type stretches which have been helping quite a bit.
Did you get in all of your vitamins?
I missed 2 days of because I was out and forget to get refills. Dang it! Note to self: refill BEFORE you run out!
Did you get in all your fluids?
This I've done REALLY well in! I've been really pushing for 70 oz and more.
Did you get in your foods (and the good ones) high in protein etc?
Can you say seafood and Wendy's Chili? Oh yeah! YUMMMMMMMY and healthy and chock full of protein.

Hi Sunshine....Good news from this Butterfly....LOST 5 pounds....current weight is 170...please update for me....also you have to tell me how to update on my profile...can't figure it out...dumb blonde...hehe

I walked the 3 story mall in Greensboro on Saturday and being with Jim, I got plenty of excersise.

I forgot a few times this week but was reminded of my protein constantly

Yup, been doing good on that note.

I have been eating better this week...lots of salads and meats..
Well, Sweetie...gotta go and get some work done today...going to be looking for a part time job.
