need help

Has anyone had the VBG-Gastric bypass combination surgery.I cannot find any info on this surgery.I can find VBG or RNY but not the two combine.The Doctor I am working with performs this combination procedure.

Hello... Dr Clark did this surgery on me March 7th. Did you want to know anything specific? Yeah, I thought it was cool that he did the two in one procedure also. Yesterday on my UGI, ( because now I have a stricture ) we didn't see the band though. I need to find out about that. Dana

Thanks for your imput,I will be keeping track of your post.My surgery is a few weeks away and I haven't decided if I'm getting the VBG-Gastric Bypass or just a Gastric Baypass.The procedure that Dr.Clark perform on you is that considred a Fobi Pounch Gastric Bypass.The two proceducers look the same to me.
