Dumped on 1 tablespoon of real jelly
I am suprised that I had a 30 minute dumping episode yesterday. I had a snack of 1 piece of hard toasted wheat bread, 1 tab of peanut butter and 1 tab of real jelly. (8 grams of sugar.) I am 1.5 years out. I never have trouble with less than 10 grams of sugar. About 15 minutes after eating it
the profuse sweating started with the fatigue feeling and nausea. I had to leave my work desk and lay down for 30 minutes. I'm not sure why I dumped. But I usually have 1 tab of no sugar added jelly on the rare occasions that I have jelly. Any ideas?
