Weekly Post/Stubborn Lb
Morning all! We've got a couple new folks added this week. Hope ya'll had a nice week/weekend. I hope ya'll have an even better one this week.
How did you move your body last week?
I walked 4 days...3 @ 2 miles and 1 @ 6-7 miles over the weekend. Last week was a lot of cleaning and running around and a nice weekend spent in Annapolis, MD. For more and pictures check out my profile.
Did you get in all of your vitamins?
I did not get in all my vitamins last week. There were a couple days when I got in some but not all.
Did you get in all your fluids?
Yes, fluids are going well. I'm going in b/n coffee, sf kool-aid and fruit20.
Did you get in your foods (and the good ones) high in protein etc?
The highlight was eating Maryland Crab Cakes!
