Here's a Good Question for the Masses
What's with the, what I call, "Tape-Worm Days"? That's when some days you have to remind yourself, "Hey! You need to eat some protein!", and then other days I eat like every friggin hour and seemingly nothing satisfies?!
(as I'm sitting here nawing on some beef jerky!)
Anyone have any opinions, rational, reasoning, or insite into this?
