RNY Vs. Lap-Band??

Hello again! Its me Autumn, Just a question or two.. I was gonna get the lap-band done to myself and after ALOT of reading and talking to different people. I think I may have reconsidered. And now Im thinking I would like the RNY.. To all that has had the Rny do you regret any of it? I have heard MANY horrer stories about it and quite frankly I dont want to die.. I know I should listen to them but what are my chances of something really bad happeneing to me? I know that it is not reversible and The lap band is... I was recommened a wonderful doc and I start my process in may with getting all my stuff done to get the surgery. Im hoping I will be getting this done fairly fast. ALL of you have been wonderful in answering my questions and the support is AMAZING! I can already see who my TRUE friends really are. and I have yet to meet anyone yet! Also what is Dumping?
