I can not believe this .. is happening to me

OK.. IM PIZZED NOW .. REALLY PIZZED .. I called my employer and I can appeal . It seems that the note that was sent to my Insurance company was lacking some medical terminology . I called back to BCBS and to my employer . All DR.Hutchers office needs to do now is to appeal it and take before the physicians review board there . The lady said is common with this type of request that the board normally does not see it as med necess .. at first .. So .. Yes .. i am very sad and upset .. and not a quiter .. I am a fighter and will fight .. but I am so discouraged .. I really am .. but will continue to the fight .. God .. what in the world would I do with out you all .. Blessed is not the word for it .. So stay tuned for yet another chapter .. to see if it goes through .. TAKING A DEEP BREATH HERE !! Tink

Tink, now that is the person that I know and love. I am at school reading this on my break and yes I had to tell you that this is what we are here for. To stand behind you and guide you when it is necessary. We are talking in class about being overweight and obesity and I started thinking about you and everybody else. We all need to stand up and fight for what we want. I will be checking on you and it better be you fighting them tooth and nail. MOM

Since WHEN are YOU a QUITTER?????? In the almost 1 year that I have been reading these boards, I have NOT seen you quit ANYTHING...so WHY NOW WHEN YOU NEED IT??????? Ok....... I'll step off of my box now. I know that you are disappointed (and ticked!), and we all have these challenges to remind us of how strong we really are. And you, my dear, are VERY strong! Darlin, if anyone can get this accomplished, then you can. My RNY was not approved until the third time it was submitted; I told my doc that I thought that they were waiting for me to either give up or drop dead. I think he agreed with me. Ya know you are not the first person I have read this exact same thing happening to. I know you are feeling really down right now but I understand that they almost always deny the first time--hoping you won't have the perseverance to keep trying. Keep at it.
