Hello Everyone! A little about me and my new journey

Hey Autumn, I am in Va beach and I am using Dr.Fontana through NSG. I have to say that so far I am truly impressed with them and the level they take every thing to. I have been reading a ton ( on here) I have attended my first support group, but I am going to try to get in at least one every month to every other month. Dr. Fontana is up to date on the Lap Band, and I would reccomend him. I have a good friend who was " banded" in Jan of this year through Dr. Terazina in NewPortNews, adn she reccomends either him or Dr. Fontana. She works in the med field and knows the "scoop" on several docs in this area and those were her reccomendations. Also, I have another friend who had been a surg tech.at Norfolk Gen for 17 years with NSG and she said they are great. So I think you found a good choice. I used dr spencer at tidewater surgical spec in church land in chesapeake. i love them. all i had to pay was my co pay of $35 two times them and a co pay for the phyc eval. i had to pay for the hospital co pay too. and thats it. i have aflac so i will be reimbursed for all of it plus more. so actually i will be paid to have this surgery. i have submitted all my paperwork and they are going to pay me $1400. I only paid $405 out of my pocket for the co pays total. anyways you should give them a call. i had all my appointments all on one day so i didnt have to keep taking off work. i didnt have to be on a 6 month diet nothing like that. tidewater surgical specialist. dr spencer and dr moore. They both do every surgery together.
