Just a REMINDER!

Hello gals and guys, Just a quick REMINDER - to back up your profiles!! Especially NOW during all the system upgrades and changes with OH!!!! Please, be sure you back it up (save it) before you actually hit "submit" on your profile page. Whenever OH is making changes or updates, you run a higher risk of LOSING your data. Trust me on that one! :) My profile is about 380 pages long, give or take an update, and my back up (on a word document) has saved my data many many MANY times over the last 5 years. Example: I'd hit submit/save on the OH profile page - it would start to save it, then time out. Well, wherever it TIMED OUT is where the data stopped saving, so when I do a refresh - only a portion of my profile would show up. Thankfully the word.doc saved me each time.
