Strained Soups vs. Clear Broths
During the time that you are suppose to be eating broths, can you strain regular soups like chicken noodle and just eat that broth? I've had to eat the broth (Swansons) when I had a colonoscopy and that stuff tasted NASTY. But I think if I could eat the strained soup instead, that would be better tasting? I know you would have to stain it very good - what's your thoughts on that.
