Thought I would share: Tuna Pate' 2 8 oz. packages cream cheese ( ff, or Neufchatel or high test) @ room temperature 2 cans water-pack tuna, drained 2-3 tbs. chili sauce (Heinz, and looks like catsup) 2 tbs. minced onion (I used home grown chives; you can also use dried onion) 2 tbs. minced fresh parsley (I have home-grown, but dried will do) I adjust all the seasonings to taste. With a fork mix all the above to a smooth pate'. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers, bagel chips, home-made croutons, etc. Bon appetit! Lois PS: Full fat the total calories come to about 1900. I divide mine into ten so that I know how many calories I am ingesting. Protein is total 94g. Next time I will use Neufchatel and save some fat calories.
