Morning All! Hope everyone's weekend was peachy! Ours was fabulous. Got some pics from Nora's 1st b-day party on my profile. Just a few! So... How will you move your body today? Oh yeah walking, stretching, cleaning and climbing (cleaning out da attic for an upcoming yard sale) Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins? GONE! Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids? Coffee going down then water! Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)? Breakfast is oatmeal & a nanner. Lunch will prolly be a salad thrown together. Hi Sunshine....Well, had a bad weekend but looking forward to a better week... How will you move your body today? gonna be walkiing alot for awhile...car battery died... Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins? GONE! Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids? First protein drink down....and water. Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)? So far I have had a boiled egg and bacon. not sure about the rest of the day....maybe steak??? Have a super day sweetie.... hUGS, bETSY
