Oh yeah walking, stretching, cleaning and climbing (cleaning out da attic for an upcoming yard sale)

Coffee going down then water!
Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)?
Breakfast is oatmeal & a nanner. Lunch will prolly be a salad thrown together. Dinner is gonna be something homemade (I THINK).

Hi Sunshine....Well, had a bad weekend but looking forward to a better week...

gonna be walkiing alot for awhile...car battery died...

First protein drink down....and water.
Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)?
So far I have had a boiled egg and bacon. not sure about the rest of the day....maybe steak???
