Free Protein Sample

Hey all, Since I am in the process of scurrying like a squirel before winter to gather my protein shakes pre op, I came across this link for a free sample of a protein shake. It's 22 g of protein 1 g of sugar and it is either 1 or 2 g of fat and carbs. Also, at the Chesapeake Gen WlS support group last week, we tried UltraMet in chocolate which tasted like a melted frosty from Wendys. That had 60g of protein in it. It comes in Choc, Bana, Van and Strawberry. The nurse leading it said the girls in her office have mixed the flavors to taste like a Sundae. I knopw not all of you do the protein shake thing, but I thought since I am gleaming a ton of info about food, cooking, support etc from here I thought I could pass this on. Have a Happy Easter! Hi Corrin, You can find the Ultramet at champion-nutrition.com, then look on the side menu for the protein/weight loss stuff. They do have samples, but you have to pay a small ammount for them. Happy Easter! Cindy
